These terms apply when you create an account, practise on, or buy access to Third Stripe Academy. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What Third Stripe Academy is

Third Stripe Academy provides online practice drills for skills commonly measured in pilot aptitude assessments. It is an independent, unofficial practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline, flight school or publisher of any official assessment, and it contains no real test content.

Practice can improve familiarity and confidence, but we do not guarantee any result in an assessment, application or selection process.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your access.
• Keep your password private. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give us a real email address — we use it to confirm your account, send receipts and help you if something goes wrong.

3. Free access and the 30-Day Pass

• A free account includes the Numerical Reasoning module.
• The 30-Day Pass gives access to all six modules for 30 consecutive days, starting when your payment is confirmed. Buying another pass while one is active adds 30 days to the end of the current one.
• The price is shown in South African rand on the site before you pay [state whether prices include VAT]. The pass is a once-off payment and never renews automatically.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
• When a pass ends, your account and practice record remain; the paid modules lock until you buy another pass.

4. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, record for redistribution, resell or republish the drills, questions or site content; attempt to bypass access controls or payment; interfere with the site's security or other users' accounts; or use automated tools to generate scores.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its drills, design, text and code belong to Third Stripe Academy or its licensors. The Third Stripe Academy name and logo are our trade marks. Your pass gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the site for your own practice during the access period.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. If the paid modules are unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row during your pass because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend your pass by at least the time lost.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed opportunity or application outcome.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce a pass you have already paid for.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly; you also keep any right you have to approach the National Consumer Commission or the courts.
